Broccoli cheddar soup

I found this wonderful recipe on pintrest for a yummy broccoli cheddar soup:

I didn't have enough cheddar so I used a handful, about 1/2 cup of grated cheddar, 8oz of Velveeta, and what I had left of colby Monterey jack cheese which was about 1/4 of a cup.

I also used veggie broth instead of chicken broth.
